 HOW SLEEP CAN AFFECT YOUR HEART HEALTH-

Sleep deprivation is one of the facts which can affect our hearts depending on the amount of sleep that is consumed by our body. According to American Health Association, both types of sleep whether excessive or lesser amounts sleep can be extremely dangerous depending on various factors like stress, weight, cholesterol, and diabetes. A lesser amount of sleep results in decreasing the working efficiency of a person.If we talk about obesity-type persons who normally sleep more hours also results in respiratory diseases. An ideal amount of sleep as recommended by doctors must be in the range of 7-9 Hours for adults and for children the optimum range is 12-14 Hours. In the early morning hours, our body is releasing an excessive amount of catecholamines which are only released due to anxiety or fears. As a result of which many people suffer from random heart attacks in the time range of 4:00 a.m-8:00 a.m

HOW TO GET AN IDEAL AMOUNT OF SLEEP-

1. One must avoid worry and tensions before going to sleep.

2. Work breaks of 30 mins are necessary in order to get a sound sleep. If sleep breaks in between then it's always better to reading a book or going for jogging to regain sleep.

3. Food consumption must be done for at least 1-2 hours to get a perfect amount of sleep.

4. Sleep environment must be cool and free from any type of disturbance.

5. Strict sleeping pattern 7-9 is basically required by our body at a similar time on a regular basis.
