Effects of Antibiotics on Young Kids

Research from New York University has also done some experiments on mice who is only five days old and given some antibiotics like azithromycin developing symptoms of asthma or allergies whereas when the same experiments were performed on adult mice then is no effect of antibiotics as such. Additionally, the first part of the variable was antibiotic exposure. Now, the second part of the variable is whether the gut bacteria was affected by gut bacteria or not. To conclude, these experiments provide strong evidence that antibiotics cause a type of unwanted immune responses to develop their effect on gut bacteria if their changes are altered in early childhood.
